Marriage and Family Therapist Associate #155198
I work with adults and teenagers who feel stuck, disconnected from themselves or others, or overwhelmed by emotion. My clients often include emerging adults navigating the challenges of launching into adulthood, adult children of divorce, and individuals feeling stuck in patterns of video game or social media use that are getting in the way of their goals or relationships. I support people through difficult and complex transitions, helping them build emotional resilience, a stronger sense of self, and practical tools for change.
My approach to therapy is person-centered and depth-oriented, drawing on psychodynamic principles and evidence-based practices. I aim to offer a steady, attuned presence—where reflection, growth, and meaningful change can unfold over time. Having grown up in Silicon Valley, I'm familiar with the pressures of achievement-driven environments and the toll they can take on emotional well-being and identity.
I hold a MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Clinical Counseling, and Depth Psychology and a BSBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. I currently see clients through the practice of Bradford Smallwood, LMFT, who specializes in working with adolescents, anger, identity, and major life transitions.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy playing pickup basketball, a surf or skateboarding session (depending on the weather!), and playing around on the guitar. When the sun's set, I value time with friends and family, comedy in any form, or a good tv series.
